When does the class start?
Class times will be dependent on your chosen track. The 1 Day Intensive happens once each month, the 12 Week Master Class will meet each Tuesday for 1 hour at 8a for 12 weeks, and the 6 months 1-2-1 will be based on the schedule you and your coach choose.
What is the time commitment?
Master Class and Coaching sessions are only 1-hour per week. In addition there is light homework that can take up to 1 additional hour each week. Most homework items fit into your daily routine as you implement you learn.
The 1 Day intensive is a 8-hour experience.
